Workout Routine

Everyday I walk the dogs about 5 miles.  I also have been doing 20 minutes on the eliptical and 20 on the bike.  When Im on the bike Ive been lifting weights so I get an arm workout in.  By the end of the seasion Im a sweaty mess!

  1. That's awesome! I've been thinking about getting a gym membership to Xperience fitness. There's a start-up fee, for which I received a 50% off coupon in the mail, and the monthly fee is as low as $10 (if you don't want classes, and $20 if you do). Is there any way you and I could continue our walking and perhaps get back into running over the winter? Our pyramid walk/run sessions were amazing -- do you remember those? We were on the treadmill for 45 minutes or more like 4 days a week. Maybe you can think about this once you know what your schedule will be like at your new job :) It's only $10........ :-D
