FlaXulance



Instead of making smoothies for breakfast, I'm mixing yougurt, fruit, flaxseed, and chia seeds.
I feel awesome!  All the fiber from the flax is really helping "clean" the system.  TMI, I know, but I thought I'd share anyway.  :P   I bought my bag at ... you guessed it... Costco!

  1. I like mixing yogurt with raw oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts and a little honey (or you can use a little granola instead of the oats to give sweetness). It's packed full of energy to keep you full until lunch!
